If you can't send in your form now, please notify either Carl Slack (Reunion.Coordinator@TheBigNickel.org?subject=Reunion Registration Information), Michael Margeotes (Treasurer@TheBigNickel.org?subject=Reunion Registration Information) or myself (Captain.Kirk@TheBigNickel.org?subject=Reunion Registration Information)that you are going to be attending. Also indicate if you plan on going on either or both the Mayport or the St. Augustine tours. Please include your phone number so that you can be contacted for confirmation.
Also, if you plan on staying at the Crowne Plaza Jacksonville Riverfront hotel and have not yet made your reservations, please do that ASAP by calling 1-904-398-8800. We need to have at least 25 rooms reserved by April 1 by shipmates attending the reunion in order to take advantage of a free Jr. Suite and two room upgrades. These will be given away at a drawing to be held after April 1, but your room MUST be reserved at the hotel by that time.
